Dr. Muntean graduated from dental school in Romania in 1993. In 2004, he completed the prestigious Maxi-Course® Program in Implant Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry. This year-long, 330-hour program—endorsed by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry—is one of the most established and respected implant training programs in the country.

Dr. Carmen Muntean’s primary focus and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease. She has completed extensive training in Periodontal Therapy and remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field.
As modern standards of care increasingly emphasize the connection between oral health and overall systemic health, Dr. Muntean continually updates and refines treatment protocols to reflect the latest scientific research and interdisciplinary medical guidelines. With approximately 42% of adult population aged 30 years or older, and nearly 60% of adults aged 65 and older affected by some stage of periodontal disease,—and with chronic oral infections now linked to a growing number of medical conditions—her approach ensures patients receive care aligned with today’s most current medical understanding.
Through ongoing continuing education and a dedication to evidence-based practice, Dr. Muntean is elevating periodontal care for an expanding patient community, providing treatment that is both medically informed and tailored to long-term health.

Dr. Krizia Garcia was raised in Orange County and proudly calls Irvine home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine in 2009, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2015.

Dr. Garcia is dedicated to supporting the long-term health and well-being of every patient she serves. She practices patient-centered, minimally invasive dentistry, tailoring each treatment plan to individual needs and prioritizing comfort, clarity, and high-quality care. A committed lifelong learner, she continually expands her expertise in the latest techniques, materials, and technologies to ensure her patients receive exceptional, evidence-based treatment. As a certified Invisalign provider, she especially enjoys helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles.

At Lincoln Dental Care, Dr. Garcia is known for her warm demeanor, gentle touch, and compassionate approach to care.

Outside the office, she loves spending time with her energetic toddler—often at Disneyland—and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.

Dr. Rachel Fajardo Angeles, DDS

Dr. Rachel Fajardo Angeles has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She continually stays at the forefront of modern dentistry by pursuing advanced education and training in multiple areas of the field.

Her postgraduate training includes Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Endodontics and Esthetic Dentistry at UCLA, Examination and Treatment Planning at the Dawson Academy, and Orthodontics through Progressive Orthodontic Seminars.

Dr. Rachel’s philosophy of care focuses on creating healthy, confident smiles through education, communication, and personalized treatment. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and involve patients in the decision-making process so they feel comfortable and informed.

For Dr. Rachel, patients always come first. Her goal is not only to treat dental needs, but also to help every patient achieve and maintain optimal oral health in a welcoming and compassionate environment.

Dr. Alia Kabbara

Dr. Alia Kabbara is a proud Southern California native, born and raised in Orange. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, following a Master of Science from the Keck School of Medicine at USC and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from UC Irvine.

With a strong foundation in both clinical care and public health, Dr. Kabbara is deeply committed to a patient-centric approach. She prioritizes clear, compassionate communication and is known for her gentle touch, ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Dr. Kabbara enjoys spending time on the golf course and staying active at the gym —activities that help her bring balance, focus, and energy to her practice.
